Product Information
Every EXTESY piece is crafted in India. Colours and fabric feel may vary slightly on screen; each drop is a small run and subject to availability.
Pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments
EXTESY accepts prepaid UPI only — Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM and any UPI app. Cash on Delivery is not offered.
Shipping
Kerala orders: ₹50 shipping, 2–5 working days. Other states: ₹70 shipping, 6–8 working days. Tracking is shared on WhatsApp once dispatched.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by messaging support. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
Returns
A complete 360° unboxing video is mandatory for any return, damage or wrong-product claim. Claims submitted without the original, unedited unboxing video may not be accepted. Raise a claim within 48 hours of delivery.
Refund Policy
If a paid product becomes unavailable or out of stock after order confirmation, we issue a full refund within 12 hours to the original payment method (UPI).
Customer Responsibilities
Please provide an accurate, deliverable address and be reachable on the phone number provided. Repeated undelivered attempts may cancel the order at buyer's cost.
