Customer Information Protection
We collect only what is required to fulfil your order — name, shipping address, phone number, email (optional) and UPI reference. Your details are stored securely and are never sold or rented to third parties.
Secure Payments
All payments are processed via UPI (prepaid). EXTESY never sees or stores your UPI PIN, banking password or full card details. Payment verification is manual — the transaction reference you share is used only to confirm the credit into our account.
Order Processing
Order data (items, address, status timeline) is retained to service your order, provide support and enable returns. You may request deletion after fulfilment by writing to us.
Shipping Information
Your address is shared with our courier partners strictly for delivery. No marketing data is passed on with the shipment.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for cart state, authentication and site preferences. We do not use third-party ad-tracking cookies.
Communication
We contact you on WhatsApp, SMS or email regarding your order and support requests only. Marketing messages are opt-in and can be stopped by replying STOP.
Data Security
Our storefront runs on hardened infrastructure with encrypted database access and strict role-based permissions. Access to customer records is limited to the EXTESY operations team.
